Understand the information behind your account, your collaborations, and your choices.
Last updatedThis notice describes personal information used by Khuria, a platform by Coodic Labs, to support creator and business accounts, campaign participation, and submission reviews.
For questions about your information or to make a privacy request, use the details on our Contact page.
Adding a social profile currently records the information you supply. It does not require your social-network password.
Account information supports sign-in and access to your workspace. Campaign and submission information supports participation, reviews, and the recording of approved rewards. Audit records preserve a history of important account and moderation actions.
Information in a support request is used to understand and respond to that request. Processing must have an applicable legal basis, such as providing a requested service, meeting a legal obligation, or another basis permitted by applicable law. Where processing relies on consent, that consent can be withdrawn.
Active campaign briefs and the business information presented with them are visible to marketplace visitors. A creator’s submitted post link, displayed identity, and related submission details are available to the campaign’s business reviewers and authorised platform administrators.
Account, campaign, and wallet information is stored through the services used to operate Khuria. Any access by service providers or disclosure required by law must be limited to the relevant purpose. Published social posts remain subject to the visibility settings and policies of their original platform.
Ask us for information about the service providers and any international transfers applicable to your data.
Account and activity records support ongoing collaborations, transaction history, moderation, and support. Retention depends on the purpose of a record and any applicable legal requirements.
Some campaign, review, or transaction records may need to be retained when resolving disputes or meeting legal obligations. Contact us to ask which records are held about you, how long they are needed, or to request deletion. A deletion request is not automatically completed by signing out.
Depending on applicable law and the circumstances, you may request access to your personal information, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, or portability, and may object to certain processing. We may need to verify your identity before handling a request.
For information about rights under Rwanda’s personal data protection law, see the Data Protection and Privacy Office’s guidance. You can also contact the relevant supervisory authority about an unresolved privacy concern.
Start a request through our Contact page. Describe the request and use the email associated with your account where possible.
We will update this notice as the platform’s features and data practices change. The date at the top identifies the current revision. Any additional notices or consent required for a change must be provided as applicable.
